<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Arden Hills City Council <br />Cc: James Lehnhoff <br /> <br />April 24, 2006 <br /> <br />Dear Council members, <br /> <br />RE: Variance/Planning Case #03-19 <br /> <br />We are requesting a 6 month extension of the time granted in your approval August 24, <br />2003 for a variance for a small addition to our kitchen/family room.. <br /> <br />We realize the September 05 extension of our variance expired March 23, 2006. Our <br />information was not complete enough to proceed in time for that deadline. Final health <br />issues needed solutions and have at last been resolved, and we are now able to move <br />forward with the proposed addition to our home at 3459 Siems Court. <br /> <br />We agree to the same conditions of the original variance and are working with the <br />architect to finalize plans. Our health problems have caused the delay.
