Passenger automobiles and all other vehicles not rcgulated by <br />Section 21 I.OIO(A) and 21 I.OIO(B) may be parked or stored in a garage or <br />lawfully erccted building, or may be parked or stored outdoors as follows: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Rev. On an asphalt, concrete or similar approved <br />hard surface but not within five feet of a side or front propcrty line. No <br />more than four vehicles or one per licensed driver residing on the <br />premises, whichcver is more may be parked or stored outside. <br /> <br />Rev. On a parking area that is asphalt, <br />concrete or similar approved hard surface but not for periods exceeding 48 <br />hours. Provided, however, vehicles may be stored for periods exceeding <br />48 hours in Districts allowing for the sale of new or used automobiles or <br />boats on property approved by the City for use as an open sales lot. <br /> <br />211.020 <br /> <br />Refuse <br /> <br />(A) Definition. Refuse shall be all solid waste products which are composed <br />wholly or partly of such materials including but not limited to garbage, <br />sweepings, cleanings, trash, rubbish, litter, industrial solid wastes or domestic <br />solid wastes including organic wastes or residues of animals, meat, fruit. <br />vegetables, grains or fish; animal excreta or carcasses of animals; rubbish <br />including wood, leaves, vegetation, trce trimmings, dead trees and shrubs, <br />branches, sawdust, shavings, grass, paper products, straw, rags, clothing, and <br />all other combustibles; waste matter composed of soil, clay, sand, earth, <br />gravel, fill, stones, bricks, plaster, glass, glassware, crockery, ashes, cinders, <br />shells, metal and other non-combustibles; waste debris resulting from the <br />construction, demolition, repair or alteration of structures or buildings; <br />accumulated waste materials composed of cans, containers, tires, junk, vehicle <br />parts or other substances which may become a nuisance. Other waste <br />materials which could be considered a nuisance or hazard to the public health, <br />safety or welfare shall be disposed of within a reasonable period of time by <br />arranging collection by a licensed collector. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(B) Every person shall arrangc for the collection and disposal of all accumulations <br />of refuse on his premises by a collector of refuse, licensed by the City, at least <br />once a week. <br /> <br />(C) All refuse shall be properly contained in a closed container sufficiently <br />designed for the storage of all refusc accumulating on the premises between <br />collections. Said containers shall be stored within a fully enclosed building or <br />in an area designed for such purpose and properly screened from adjoining <br />properties and the public right-of-way. <br /> <br />211.030 Gradinl! and Drainal!e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Section 211.
