In 2006, thc Ramsey County Auditor <br />authorized the use of the Automark marking machine for future elections in Ramsey County, The <br />Automark machine will bring Ramsey County into compliance with the federal government's <br />2002 Help America Vote Act (HA V A), <br /> <br />Recommendation- <br />City staff recommcndmg-approval of Resolution 06-34 authorizing the use of the Automark <br />ballot marking device for all future elections held in the City of Arden Hills in accordance with <br />applicable state and federal laws, <br />
