If found to be visible, the signs <br /> <br />shall comply with the following size limitations and shall follow the sign permit process <br /> <br />as described below: <br /> <br />Subd. 1 The signage area of entrance gate signs shaJl not exceed thirty (30) square <br /> <br />feet, the signage area of press box/grandstand signage shall not exceed eighty <br /> <br />(SO) square feet, and scoreboard field naming signage shall not exceed forty <br /> <br />(40) percent of the total scoreboard area. <br /> <br />Suhd.2 The cumulative total of permanent signage shall not exceed two hundred <br /> <br />(200) square feet. <br /> <br />Subd.3 Since the signage would be permanent in nature, the applicant shall be <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />required to obtain a sign pemlit approval prior to the installation of any new <br /> <br />signage; at such time the applicant shall demonstrate compliance with the <br /> <br />provisions of this section. <br /> <br />J 400.22 <br /> <br />Sif!ll Standard Adjus.tments.
