<br />Vaughn Property Access Road <br />July 21i, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />becamc virtually impassable, resulting in vehicular traffic having to create a new access across <br />Chesapeake's property to the south. Chesapeake has granted the Vaughn properties tcmporary <br />access until the City is able to install the acccss road in the con.ect easement area. <br /> <br />A recent survey of the easement has been conducted and we have put together an engineering <br />cstimate to construct the road in the correct location. The estimated cost to construct a 10 foot <br />wide gravel access road from Gateway Boulevard to the Vaughn propcrty through the existing <br />eascment is $ 17,603.28. This cost includes Operations & Maintenance crew time, equipmcnt <br />rcntal, survey cxpenses, and materials.
