Accordingly, <br />any rule oflaw or legal decision that would requirc interpretation of any <br />ambiguities in this Interim Agreement against the party that has drafted it is not <br />applicable and is waived. The provisions of this Intelim Agreement shall be <br />interpreted in a reasonable manncr to effect the purpose of the parties and this <br />Interim Agreement. <br /> <br />13.0 <br /> <br />Captions. Titles or captions of sections and paragraphs contained in this Interim <br />Agreement are inserted only as a matter of eonvenience and for reference, and in <br />no way define, limit, extend or describe the scope of this Interim Agreement or the <br />intent of any provisions. <br /> <br />14.0 <br /> <br />Relationship of Parties. Nothing in this Interim Agreement shall create a joint <br />venture, partnership, or principal-agent relationship between the parties. <br /> <br />15.0 <br /> <br />Waiver. No waiver of any right or obligation of either party hereto shall be <br />effective unless in a writing, specifying such waiver, executed by the party against <br />whom such waiver is sought to be enforced. A waiver by either party of any of its <br />rights under this Interim Agreement on any occasion shall not be a bar to the <br />exercise of the same right on any subsequent occasion or of any othcr right at the <br />time. <br /> <br />16.0 Counterparts. This Interim Agreement may be executed in two counterparts, <br />each of which shall be deemed an original, but both of which shall be deemed to <br />constitute one and the same instrument. <br /> <br />17.0 Attornev's Fees. In the event of any controversy, claim or dispute relating to this <br />Interim Agreement, or the breach or interprctation thereof, each party shall bear its <br />own costs. <br /> <br />18.0 Further Assurances. The parties each agree to make, execute and delivcr such <br />other documents, and to undertake such other and further acts, as may be <br />reasonably necessary to carry out the intcnt of this Interim Agreement. <br /> <br />19.0 Exhibits.
