Points of discussion are below: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Budget <br /> <br />In order to keep the expense of the event down, sponsorships are <br />crucial. If the City Council continues to be in favor of offering the event <br />at little to no cost to the residents, significant time needs to be spent on <br />securing sponsors for the event. Below are the overall budget numbers <br />for the 2006 and 2005 CAH event. <br /> <br />2006 <br /> <br />Expenditures = <br />Revenue = <br /> <br />TOTAL CITY CONTRIBUTION ~ <br /> <br />$45,988.79 <br />$18,346.00 <br />$27,642.79 <br /> <br />Please note: Full Time Office/O & M Staff Salaries are not included in the above <br />expenditures. <br /> <br />2005 <br /> <br />Expenditures = <br />Revenue = <br />TOTAL CITY CONTRIBUTION = <br /> <br />$48,731.47 <br />$22,751.00 <br />$25,980.47 <br /> <br />Please note: Part time Parks and Recreation staff and Full Time Office/O & M Staff <br />Salaries are not included in the above expenditures. <br /> <br />An itemized 2006 event budget is included for your review.
