Compliance with Laws, <br /> <br />The parties do not contemplate that performance of the services provided herein will <br />involve attempting to influence legislative or administrative action, or the official action <br />of a metropolitan governmental unit, by communicating or urging others to <br />communicate with public or local officials or any other activity which may be "lobbying" <br />under applicable state or federal law, If, however, contractor determines that such <br />activities do constitute lobbying, contractor will comply with all applicable state and <br />federal rules and regulations and inform BCBSM that it is reporting such activity as <br />lobbying, <br /> <br />7.
