Haml ine Avenue, asked the lot rental <br />charges In mobile home parks and the appro~imate costs of mobl'. homes. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mrs. Adams said their lots rent at $51.00 (smaller lots) and $58.00 <br />(larger lots); most mobile home courts now rent from $65.00 to $75.00 <br />per month. <br /> <br />The cost of mobile homes now renting lots in Arden Manor Is estimated <br />by Mr. Adams at between $4000 and $10,000; most mobile homes now cost <br />approximately $6,000 to $12,000. <br /> <br />The Councilmen were invited to visit Arden Manor, and Mrs. Adams offered <br />to show some of the mobile homes, if this would be desirable. <br /> <br />After discussion, the Council requested Mr. and Mrs. Adams to submit <br />a letter, or tabulation, of the areas in the ordinance which they <br />request the Council to reconsider, before a final draft of the ordin- <br />ance Is prepared. <br /> <br />J. Hollenhorst moved that the Counci I adopt a RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />METROPOLITAN COUNCIL, as read and attached, seconded by E. G. Henderson. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />L.
