You notfce in the heavier typs we say "only the property included in the proposed sanitary sewer fmprovement No. 3 area will pay the spectal assessment. Property of the vi2lage outside the iiapravem�nt area <.Kill pay no asaessments whatsoever for this improvement". Property outside of that improvement �ill nat contrlbute one d3me toward this just as y�u who live in Improvement No. 3 are contributing nothing toward Impro�ement No..l or 2 or possibly 4 or 5 as the cas� may be in later years.
