Jones moved that we accept this as the first reading. <br />Stromquist seconded. iViotion carried. <br />Kennedy s�equested a new index system for our ordinances. Stromquist <br />advised that we will inquire about an irnproved system but it could not <br />be included in this year�s budget. <br />CLF.RK'S Report. <br />Mrs. Strromquist displayed the maps from :�anister Engineering Company, <br />shov�ing the sewers, as constructed, in Sanitary Sewer Improvement �1 <br />i❑ �rden Hi11s �3, and stated that they would be posted on the wall <br />at tne Village Hal1. <br />Stromquist move3 that ivIr. 'Nayne DeLange bs reappointed Villa�e Weed <br />Inspector for 1960. Kennedy seconded. Motion carried. <br />Stromquist read a latteY� f'rom RogeT Snort suggesting the Village use <br />the Ramsey County Sriachine Accounting System when computing the Uillage <br />pssessment Ro11. No figures were given as to the charges. Council <br />referred inyestigation of costs to the clerk for repoz�t back to Council. <br />Two court cases were tried in 'Nhite Bear i;ourts and both were found <br />not guilty. <br />Pr•intad copies of the 1959 Financial Statement �vere distributed to the <br />Council. <br />p letter xas read from James H. Johnston, Attorney re: �3ighway 10 <br />Liquor Store, Inc., informing the Villa�e of' new directors for the <br />year 1960, Jerome T. Vv'asieleaski, James H. Johnston, and Virginia Burg. <br />A letter was read i'rom Janes H. Johnston, qttorney, re; Change of <br />Vame and Directors of Schreyer, Inc., informing the Village of Arden <br />Hills that Schreyer, Inc. has amendad its Articles of Incorporation. <br />The Gorporate name to be changed to Big 10 3upper Club, Inc. and in <br />creasing the amount of capital stock to �50,000.00. The new directors <br />are to be; Jerome T. Waeielewski, President; James H. Johnston, Vice <br />President; Florian J. 1Velsch, Secnetarq-Treasurer. Certificate of <br />,Amendment of Articles of Incorporation of Schreger, Ine. were read. <br />Pichard Schrey'er came before tYie Council voicing a protest of the change <br />from Schreyer, Inc., to the �3ig 10 Supper Club, Inc. He stated he <br />has consulted with his attorney. Council referred the matter to Attorney <br />� Courtney for handling. <br />Stromquist distributed a list of the Village claims, for 'the month of <br />Februarg, to Council memhers and moved they be approved for payment. <br />Crepeau seconded. Nlotion carried. <br />Pdayor Ashbach arrived and the Neske re-zoning matter wa� agaiq diseussed. <br />•?�otion by Joaes that the Council not re-zone at this time, but will <br />re-consider r�hen use for property is known. Crepeau seconded. i�iotion <br />carried. <br />
