� <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Couneil <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />December S, 1969 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Arden Flills, Minnesota, was <br />held in the Village I�11 in said Village on Monday, the 8th day of <br />December, 1969, at 5:00 o'clock p.m. <br />2'he follawing members were present: Mayor Bjosndahl and <br />Councilmen Olmen and E�ollenhnrst, <br />and the following were absent: Councilmen Crepeau and Eienderson. <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons appear- <br />ing at the public hearing for Sanitary Sewer improvement No. 14, on <br />July 28, 1969, Councilman olmen then introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING TAE CONSTRUCTION OE' <br />SANITARY SES�IER IMPROVEMENT NO. 14 <br />UNDER APTD PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, <br />CHAPTEit 429, AS AMENDED <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden ffills, <br />A4innesota, that, in accordance with the provtsions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Cowzcil held a public <br />hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed construction <br />of Sanitary Sewer �nprovement No. 14 lying generally in the area <br />between Cleveland Avenue and a line 500 feet east of the center- <br />line of New Brighton Road, and between County Road E-2 and the <br />Soo Line Railroad, consisting of the constructlon of sanitary <br />sewers, a lift station and force main, and all necessary appur- <br />tenances to provide sanitary sewer service to the properties <br />along Thom Drive and New Brighton Road north of the Soo Line Rail- <br />road tracks, together w3th necessary street restoratlon where <br />existing street surfaces are damaged, as deacribed in the notice <br />of hearing at a cost presently estimated to be approximately <br />$104,900 and subatantially in acaordance with the preliminary <br />engineer's report as to the feasibi7.ity thereof which is now on <br />file in the Office of the Village Clerk Administrator; and having <br />considered the views of all interested persona and being £ully <br />advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and <br />order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, <br />and special asaessments shall'be levied therefor, pursuant to <br />said C'�iapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed <br />
