�� � <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 6, 1969 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetina, <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesc���., <br />• was duly held in the Village Hall in said village on Mon�ay, <br />the 6th day of October, 1969, at 8:00 o'clock p,m. <br />The £oliowing members were pxeaent: Mayor Bjorndahl and <br />Councilmen Crepeau, Hollenhorst, and Henderson <br />and the following was absente Councilman olmen <br />� <br />Also in attendance were Deputy Clerk Administrator Florence <br />Honan;Village Attorney Vincent Courtney;Donald Lund and Norman <br />Hendrickson of Banister Engineering Company,village consulting enqineers; <br />Peter S. Popovich o£ Peterson & Popovich,village bond consultants. <br />TheDeputy C1erk-Administrator Presented an affiBaviY showing <br />publication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for <br />Water Improvement No. 68-1 in The New Brighton <br />Bulletin on September 18, 1969, which affidavit was examined, <br />Deputy Clerk- <br />found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The Aclm;nsstrat-r„- <br />also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to <br />all affected property owners. <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the con- <br />sideration of objections, if any, to said proposed assessment. <br />All persons present were then given an opportunity to present <br />• <br />• <br />
