By resolution adopted May 12, 1969, the Council has <br />directed Banister Enginsering Company to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibiLity of a proposed improvement lyinq <br />generally in the area between Cleveland Avenue and a line 500 <br />feet east of the centerline of New Brighton Road, and between <br />County Road B-2 at►d the Soo Line Railroad, consist ing of the <br />construction of sanitary sewers, a litt station and force main, <br />and all necessary appurtenances to provide sanitary sewer servioe <br />to the properties along Thom Drive and New Brighton Road north <br />of the Soo Line Railroad tracka, together with necessary street <br />restoration where existing atreet surfaces are damaged. Banister <br />Ea�gineering was also directed to include in the report the <br />estimated cost of the proposed improvemenC and as to whether such <br />improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with <br />� <br />
