Honan <br />Minutes <br />The minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of May 26, 1969 were approved <br />as submitted. <br />PUBLIC HEARIN� - SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT N0. 13 <br />�etailed minutes are attached; the council took no actio� at this t3me. <br />E3USINESS FROM THE FLOOR <br />Skeily Oi! Company - Case No. 69-15 <br />Mr. Quist, Skelly Oil Company, requested approval of a change to the <br />plans for the proposed service station 1-o be Iocated at Red Fox Road <br />and Lexington Avenue. Said change consists of the relocation of a cui- <br />vert. Council had no objection to thp change and requested Clerk Admin- <br />istrator to so i�form Ramsey County Engineer Oeane Anklan. <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY VINCENT P. COURTNEY <br />(Absent - Report given by Clerk Administrator) <br />Proposed Sswer Rate Ordinance Amendment - First Readinq <br />Councilman Henderson introduced by Title and moved the First Reading <br />be given to an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 114, relating fio the <br />munfcipai sanitary sewer system by exceptinc� certain properties from <br />the water meter requiremant; seconded E�y Councilma� Olmen; motion carried <br />unanimousiy. <br />Gale.PropertV - Purchase Contract <br />Attorney Sailand informed tho council by letter that the purcha5a contract <br />for the vil�age purchase ot about 9 acres of land from Amos Gale wiil <br />be closed on June i0, (969. This property is locafied south of Hamline <br />Avenue and north of the village owned Floraf Park. <br />ti��atermain Easement No. 683-15 <br />Courtcilman Henderson moved, seconded by Councilman Olmen,,;concurrence <br />with Attorney Sa{land's recommendation in his letter of May 7, 1969, <br />� to pay $250.00 to Ffoyd Swensort for Watermain Easement No. 683-}5; <br />motion carried unanimeusly. <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ENGINEER DONAID LUND <br />Joint Sewer Connection Jurek - McNamee <br />Councifman flenderson moved, seconded by Councllman Olmen, concurrence <br />with the recommendation of thQ viilage engineer i-o grant fhe wrifiten <br />request of James rdcNamee, (475 Skites Lane, to construct a joint sewer <br />connection from the property south of Kostohryz lot to the Jurek sewer <br />line, subject to pari-ies inVolved abiding by recommendationsof village <br />engineer. Mofiion carried unanimously. <br />[3ooster Station - Fina{ Estimate <br />Councilman Henderson meved, seconded by Cauncilman Olmen, concurrence <br />�with the recommandation of the vtllage engineer that the final estimate <br />�or the booster stafion in the amount of $Ip388.20 be paid to Healy <br />
