� <br />ractract � N,inutes of Meeting <br />of the Village Council <br />Village c,f Arden i3i11s <br />County of itamsey <br />State of Yiinnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden �3ills, Ramsey <br />• County, biinnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 west <br />7th April <br />Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on A�mnday, the �i�t day of a�3wccali, <br />1969, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The follaaing members were present: Bjorndahl, Crepeau, Olmen, <br />Hollenhorst. <br />and the following were absent: Henderson <br />r.�����v �ma., r.�,e,�,ea�� introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />�OLUTIOiV RELATING TO APPORTIONNIENT <br />OF A55ESSMF�.�TS 12ELATING TO <br />SANITAI2Y SENIEit IbiPi20VEME:NT NO. 1 <br />B�: IT RESOLVID by the Village Council of the Village of Arden <br />Sills, Nlinnesota, as follows: <br />W:3EREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br />No. 1 as last finally amended and adopted on September 9, 1960, <br />was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br />on october 26, 1960, for the purpose of including installments <br />thereof to be collected alung with real estate taxes commencing <br />in 1961; and <br />Wi3�RFAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments <br />� and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held on August 3, 1961, at which time <br />assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as <br />provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed <br />
