County Road E- Ele�trical Inspector's Raport <br />Report from Ed Salverda, Eiectrical Inspecto�, stated that tha wiriag <br />in this house is taulty and hazardous. As recommended by Mr. Salverda, <br />the Counctl directed the Cierk Administrator to notifiy the ownel- of <br />thts condition to initiate corrective action immedlatiy 6y empioying <br />a bonded efectrician.to do the work. <br />Apportionment ResoJutions <br />Councffman Crepeau moved the adoption ot a Rcesolution, as atta�hed, <br />retating to the apportfonment of assessments relafiing to Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvements Nos. 1,2,3 and 6, a�d �•later Improvements 67-1 and 67-2; <br />seconded by Councilman Oimen; motion carried unanimousiy. . <br />New Office Employee - Na�cv Beutel <br />Councilman O{lnen moved the approval of employing Nancy E3eutel as �ec- <br />rotary to the Clerk Administrator, effect(ve tfarch 24, 1969, at an <br />hourly rate of $2.16; seconded by Councilman Crepeau; motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Satary Chanqa - Painela Caiender <br />Councilman Crepeau moved the houriy r3te paid to Pamela Calender, office <br />employee, be raised to $2.16, effective March 1, 1969; seconde.d by <br />Councilman Hollenhorst; motion carried unanimously, w <br />Siqn Ordinance Violators <br />Counctl directed Clerk Administrator to refer to Attoroey Courtney <br />fior action,the owners of signs that are stili not licsnsed ard atso <br />the owner ot a sign which should have been removed according to pre- <br />vious agreement. <br />Doq Ordinence Violators <br />Council directed Clerk Adminlstrator to refer to Lieutenant Sexton <br />the names oF dog owners who have still not licensed their dogs. <br />Yillaqe PAailinq - Informational Letter <br />Clerk Admtnistrator Lorraine Stromquist submitted a dratfi of a letter <br />for mailing to Yillage residents regarding ufiilities 6llling, Vitlage <br />taxes and street iightin�g. Included in the drafi` were suggestfons <br />from the Finance Committea. Copies ot the draft were distributed to <br />the Council and Treasurer t+lorth Read.
