� <br />Niinnesota, that the proposed assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvement iVo. 10 now on file and cipen to public inspection in <br />the office of the Village Clerk Administrator, is approved, and <br />the Clerk is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council <br />will meet to consider the proposed assessment on April 14, 1969, <br />at the Village Hall in the Village of Arden Hills, at 8e00 <br />o'clock P.M. �g notice shall state the date, time and place of <br />the meeting, the general nature of said improvement,_the area <br />proposed to be assessed, that the proposed assessment roll is on <br />• file with the Clerk, 8nd that written or oral objections thereto <br />by any property owner will be considered. It shall be published <br />in the official newspaper o£ the Village at least once, and shall <br />be mailed to the� owner of each parcel described in the assessment <br />roll, nat less than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. <br />For the purpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels <br />shall be those shown as such as of March 14, 1969, on the <br />records of the County Treasurer. Every property owner whose <br />name does not appear on such records (other than owners of <br />property which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings <br />basis) shall be deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless he <br />has requested in writing that the County Treasurer 3nclude his <br />name on the records for this purpose. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Counci2man c���Pa�� , and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofe AIl prasent <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
