� <br />Extract of Minutes of N.eeting <br />of the Village Council <br />Village of Arden riills <br />County of i2amsey <br />State of N;innesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Arden iiills, t�amsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly heid in the Villaqe iiall at 1450 West Highway 96, <br />• St. Paul, Niinnesota, on N'�nday, the 24 day of February , 1969, <br />at 8;�0 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Councifinen <br />Mayor Bjorndahl,/Crepeau, <br />Otmen, Henderson <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Hollenhorst <br />Councilman Crepeau introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption; <br />RE:SOLUTION RET,ATIIQG TO APPORTIONNiEiJT <br />OF ASSESS�ENTS cZ�LATING TO <br />SANITAI2Y SBi�7Et� IRRPROV�MF;NT NO. 3 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, as Eollows: <br />WiiE�2EAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Tmprovement No. <br />3 as last finally amended and adopted oi; October 12, 1961, was filed <br />and certified to the County Auditos of Ramsey County on November 17, <br />1961, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1962; and <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments <br />and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary <br />• Sewer In,provement No. 3 was held on July 16, 1962, at which time <br />assessmeate for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 were amended as <br />provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in <br />the office of the County Auditor of ltamsey County on October 3, 1962; <br />and <br />
