Motton <br />carrted unanimously. <br />BU5INESS PROM THE FLOOR <br />None. <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY JAMES LYNDEN <br />ReB�ase of Excess Rt ht-of-wa - Joha�na Boulevard and SneYltn A�e. <br />Councfl vras refierred to Attorney Lynden s ettar.of January 6, 1979 <br />reporting that the Northwestern Bank and Trust Company of Minneapolis <br />is the apparent fee orner of fihe excess rtght-of-wey a# Lake Johanna <br />89vd. and Old Snelling Avenue. <br />After dtscussion re procedure to be taken by the City, CounciB con- <br />curred that Attorney Lynden be requested to contact Northwastern <br />Nattonal Bank and Trusf Company of Minrteapolis to see If they are <br />intarested in the dispositlort of the properfiy. and explatn the City�s <br />interest created by the Quit CBalm Deed from the County. <br />Ramse Count Communit Health Servtces <br />Douglas ood, nv ronmen a Neai h rogram Specia9ist, Ramsey County <br />Health Servlces, described the Community Health Services Act and the <br />optlons available to Arden Hiils. Wood explained that certafn of <br />the serv6ces such as inspectior� and licensing of restaurants and <br />Bodgtng accommodations, regufatfon of on-site sewage disposal, air <br />Follution survelllance, housing maintenance, swlmming pool sSfe#y <br />and santtatton and noise control could be undertaken by local units <br />of government. <br />Optfons presented Nere: <br />I.
