Extract of P4iniztes of Meetinq <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, P�4innesota <br />Helde August 28, 1978 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />• of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day <br />of Auqust, 1978, at 7e30 o'clock p,m. <br />The following members were presentc t8ayor Crepeau and <br />Councilmen Hanson, 4�inqert, Crichton and �Poodburn; and the <br />following were absents Nonee <br />Also in attendance were Charlotte MCNiesh, City Cierk <br />Administrator; James S. Lynden of Stringer, Donnelly, Courtney, <br />Cowie & Rohleder, City Attorney; Donald Christoffersen of Short, <br />Elliot, Hendrickson, City Consulting Engineer; Donald Lamb, <br />City Treasurer; and Peter 5, Popovich, of Peterson, Popovich, <br />Knutson & Flynn, City Bond Consultant. <br />The City Clerk Administrator presented an affidavit showing <br />publication of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for <br />Improvement No. P-ST-77-6 in the New Brighton Bulletin on August <br />10, 1978, which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and <br />ordered placed on file, The Clerk Administrator also exhibited <br />a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all affected <br />property owners. <br />NIAYOR CREPEAUa At this tirne I'd ask our City Engineer, Don <br />Christoffersen, to briefly explain the ir.mrovement, <br />• MR.
