The cost of the improvement is presently estima�ed at approximately $120,300. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement includes the properties �ituated wi.thin the following descrfpfion: That part of the Southeast S3uarter (S.E. 1/4) of Section Twenty-Two (22), Township Thirty North (30 N.), Range Twenty-Three west i23 v7.), which is aouth and east of the xiqht of way of State Trunk Highway No. 51. All that part oE the Northeast guarter (N.E. 1/4) of Section Twenty-Seven (27), Township Thirty P�orth (30 i5.), Range Twenty-Three west (23 w.), except that part dedicated to 3tate Trunk Highway No. 10 and State Trunk 8iqhway No. 51. That part of the Southeast Quarter (S.B. 1/4) of Section Twenty-Seven (27), Township Thirty North (30 N.?, �nge T�•renty-Three West (23 W.j, lying north oP a 7.ine approximately one thousand five hundred feet (1,500') noxth of tiie south line of said Section Twenty-Seven (27). � That part of the VJest One-Half (W.1/2) of Section Twenty-Seven (27), Townehip Thirty North (30 N.), Range Twanty-Three West (23 w.), lying north of the right of way of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie Railway Company, and southwest of State Trunk Sighway No. 10 and State Trunk Highway No. 51, and east of the right of way of the Anaka Cutwff (old State Trunk Highways 10 and 51).
