I went inside thQ house and he said <br />Lcok at the toilet how it flushes and he said before this I cut down <br />the vclume cf the water in the bowl from eight gallcns to five and <br />from five to three and then it wouldn't•flush . I said, would ycu <br />have voted fer it and he said no, I would have vcted against it. <br />Roseville weuld havt voted three tc anQ against sewar at that time. <br />The Council :�ent against it. The subsaquent administration supported <br />it and right now they are finishing Improves�nt No. 2 and they're <br />gc3ng to start No. 3 and by next year I undQrstand 95� of Roseville <br />Nill have sew�r. I attended a meeting cf the Governor's last <br />mcnth. Only the Naycrs ware invited and I happened te gc beeause I <br />thought I'll see what went on. I was about to see the names of <br />some of the villages close to us that are or have contamination <br />from 37� to 83;�. N,cunds View where we have the Edgewood Junior <br />High 5chool and the wells are cnly 35 feot deep and cesspools 25 feet <br />and it's all sand and we have a heavy ecntaminatien of that area. <br />d�lso there were places like Coon Ropids and Spring Lake Park. <br />Blaine in Anoka County. 7hose are the villages the State Board of <br />Health had gone over and inspected . <br />Our area just got sewer started today. ThQy started digging <br />� <br />today. I live in Arden Hills 3 next to Nazareth Hall and I think <br />.ve should just gc right ahead and sup;�ert and Council and this is <br />one cf the items ycu have to have.
