At that time there was intarest in Arden Hills 3. I fcr on� was opposed to go Qast cf the lak• because we know cf the tremendous cost involved and i for ene atn reluctant tc push scmething where it will put a great burden on the p�ople unl.ess they really want it sc we went with Arden Hills 3 for the immediate service.
