Roll Cal1; Present - Crepeau, Kepnedy, Jones, Stromquist. Abseqt - ashbach. The minutes oi' the February 29, 1960 meeting were read and approved. A Public Hearing was held on a Proposed Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance to rezone to Industrial a portion of property knovrn as the $illiox - Daubpey property. In order that the Village have protec- tion against objectionable types of industrial development in the area, a letter to this effect �was requested from 14r. John E. Daupney, con- tract for deed nurcnaser, b;�- the Ylanning Cormmittee. The attached letter tivus presented to the Council aqd was read aloud by P,Tr. Kennedy. The proposed Ordinance to rezone this area was then given secopd and final reading. Kennedy stated that the Planning Conunittee had given tneir unanimous approval of the Ordinance and moved the adoption of Ordinar,ce �54. Jones seconded. Carried. Mr, Jones advised the Council that these maps wou13 be kept up to date and requested that the �uilding Inspector submit to him, a copy oi each permit issued.
