� � <br />• <br />• <br />._-- • <br />it4INUTF5 OF ftEGUI+4R i�n�TING <br />COUiQCIL OF Ti� VIL7�AGE OF ARDEN i3ILLS <br />:Jlonday, ivIarch 14, 1960 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:02 P.JJ[. by Acting 3�iayor, Crepoau. <br />Roll Cal1; Present - Crepeau, Kepnedy, Jones, Stromquist. <br />Abseqt - ashbach. <br />The minutes oi' the February 29, 1960 meeting were read and approved. <br />A Public Hearing was held on a Proposed Ordinance amending the Zoning <br />Ordinance to rezone to Industrial a portion of property knovrn as the <br />$illiox - Daubpey property. In order that the Village have protec- <br />tion against objectionable types of industrial development in the area, <br />a letter to this effect �was requested from 14r. John E. Daupney, con- <br />tract for deed nurcnaser, b;�- the Ylanning Cormmittee. The attached <br />letter tivus presented to the Council aqd was read aloud by P,Tr. Kennedy. <br />The proposed Ordinance to rezone this area was then given secopd and <br />final reading. Kennedy stated that the Planning Conunittee had given <br />tneir unanimous approval of the Ordinance and moved the adoption of <br />Ordinar,ce �54. Jones seconded. Taloot Jones, p"1Gnnin�; consu$tant, was present and exhibited <br />several maps of tne Villa�e to ba used ip planning and zonin�. The <br />master maps were of t�iilar, a new plastic mater•ial aanich is very <br />tou�n and ver,y transparent, froin w:'�icn many maps can be reproduced <br />at, a low cost. Mr, Jones advised the Council that these maps wou13 <br />be kept up to date and requested that the �uilding Inspector submit <br />to him, a copy oi each permit issued. Ha also requested a copy of <br />each new zonin�; change and a eopy of' all r.etiv plats. <br />Fublic Works <br />Jopes reported that Pvlr.
