The Mayor then <br />called u�on ali prc�erty owners and interestsd inCividuals ^resent <br />either for or against said proposed improvemant. <br />The precosed sanitary sawer system ���as explaintd tn the <br />individuals presQnt by the village engineers, 8anistex Engineering <br />Ccrnpany, and the villagr bond consultant.
