Peterson of Bennister Enginesring Co., dated <br />Feb. 28, 1961, explaining coets on Improvement #4. <br />Mrs. Charles dlson has called sevaral times asking what r.as teen the <br />outcome of action taken regarding the excessive cost theq2iad in having <br />to hire a second well digger to do wh.at Pdr. Ernest Perron, the first Nell <br />digger aras supposed to do. This case had been referred to the attorney <br />who suggested hSr. Perron�s license could be revoked. In the meantime <br />his insurance cres cancelled which meent no more permits could be iesued <br />to him. The Council has no finan�ial responsibility in this matter but <br />merely interceded on the l�lson�s behalf. Clerk to explain this to �rs. <br />Ulson and suggest she contact tne President of the Minnesota tNell <br />Drillers to straighten the matter out. <br />PArs.
