Sdgar R. Williama of the ftamsey County Librarq garoe a talk eh the <br />possibility of a library in Arden Hills at some future date. <br />Mr. Robert Kerr discuased the poasibility of buainesa and industrial <br />development.in the Village and the advantage of long range planning. <br />Mr, Vic Pomerenke gave a shott talk on park and playground acquiaition <br />and developmept and the proposed correlatlon of recreational pxograms <br />witn the Villege and the school district. <br />BHagor Ashbach read a smsll portiop of the Stanton-Pittelkow & Assoc. <br />• report on Local Goverment in Arden Hills, which recoamnenda a change ira <br />form oi government to Plan �,. <br />Following this a discussiop �vas held on the metters presented.
