The Council agreed that the sewer should <br />be held up temporarily until Jones, Popovich or Courtney caq meet with <br />Rein to obtain a letter of intent plus a bcnd to �uarantee the payment of <br />the cost of' tne setiver. <br />Tv?ayor Ashbach set a tentative meeting date for August 11, 1960 at noon to <br />meet with Contractor Lametti re: Improvement #3 in tne area of Tiller 7�ane. <br />Utr, Short reported tnat the assessment roll is read,y. He requested the <br />Councilts decision regardin� joint service connections. Jones moved that <br />each property be char�ed �;50.OQ in that both parties benefit whether it <br />• is a joint connection or a single connection. Seconded by Crepeau. Carried <br />iYr. Council <br />agreed. <br />r�ir, Short reco:rmended an assessmant for Nazareth Hall of �16,340.00, based <br />on the 834� frontage on Asbury plus the line runnin� into.their property. <br />This was given Couneil approval. <br />Jones rnoved the adoption of the resolution advertising for bids for Sani- <br />tary Sewer Improvemept �4, Projects 1 and 2. The bids to be received <br />at 8:00 P.M. at the'Villa�e Hall on ^lhursalay, September 8, 1960. Seconded <br />by Crapeau.
