The determining factor rests with the final plat of the C. G. Rein preperty. The Council agreed that the sewer should be held up temporarily until Jones, Popovich or Courtney caq meet with Rein to obtain a letter of intent plus a bcnd to �uarantee the payment of the cost of' tne setiver. This was given Couneil approval. Jones rnoved the adoption of the resolution advertising for bids for Sani- tary Sewer Improvemept �4, Projects 1 and 2. The bids to be received at 8:00 P.M. at the'Villa�e Hall on ^lhursalay, September 8, 1960. Seconded by Crapeau. Carried.
