<br />a request to rezone his p1Gt, knowt� ss Round Lake fiills, from residential
<br />to comniercial. He tivas advised that it is not i:he policy of the conncil
<br />io rezone an area without knowin� what it would be used for. Nr. Indykieyvic
<br />ivas advised to first find an appropriate business for the descr•ibed area,
<br />and �'r,en request the rezoning;.
<br />1�Tr. Eert r�klund of Larson ::ealty Co, 2431 Hennepin Ave., ivipls. requested
<br />a permit transf'er to operate the Trailer Park at 4762 High�ay 8, from
<br />T. Dorholt to itr. and PSrs. F'red Kosslak, 3706 Humbolt Ave.I�o., tlipls.
<br />Kennedy moved that a new permit be issued to idir, and �r�rs, rred Kasslak to
<br />operqte t`.e TrailerPark, supje�'t to their making appiication for same with
<br />the C1erY.. The permit tc be non-transferrable. Seconded by Crepeau.

<br />approval be given, subject to inspecti.on by the Finance Committee. Jones

<br />�,7r. Joe Fesch, 1966 �dgewater, requested Council approval of a joint
<br />sewer connecti.on with nis neighbor, ?�-tr. Joseph Dority. Jones moved tnat
<br />t;�e rec;uest be granted if both parties concerned are ip mutual agreesrient.

<br />P;�r. Daniel Fourre; 1887 Graha�r,, St. Faul, an arcnitect, presented a des-
<br />cription of' the day school buildino and p�aygrounds that have been start-
<br />ed on t'r_e i�az�reth �Iall preperty, and raquested approval of a building
<br />perrnit to be issued to the general centractor upon nis application. Council
<br />unanimously approved �ubject to approval of ?3uilding Inspector, Clay Yelley.
