Resd, Main#enance <br />Supervisor Everett Beecher, Clerk Administrator LorraYne <br />Stromquist and Secretary to Clerk Administrator Nancy Deutel <br />Minutes <br />The minutes of the Reguiar Council Meeting of August 25, 1969 were <br />approved as amended. <br />Skellv Dil Company Request <br />Mr. Robert Nys, Attorney for Ske{ty Oil Company, reviewed his letter <br />dated AugusY 22, 1969 asking tfiat the Yiltage of Rrd�n HTils petitfon <br />the County Board to permit Skelly �il Company to instati approxiately <br />90 feet of 60inch culvert along Lexington Avenue abutting Skelly <br />property. <br />Atter Council discussion it was determined that a hardship case was <br />invoived timewise. <br />Engineer lund is preparing a feasiDillty report relating to a larger <br />project wTthin the area. <br />Administrator Lorraine Stromquist was directed to request the County <br />F3oard to grant permission to Skelly Oil Company to Instali their <br />cufvert in advance of the larger overat► contempfated project. <br />BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR <br />Tem orar Permit - House Trailer <br />Motion was made by Councilman ollenhorst, seconded by Counciiman <br />Henderson to allow Richard Erickson, 1785 Venus, to park and tive <br />in a trailer house located at the rear of his property until Nov- <br />em6er I, 1969; motion carrfed unanimously. <br />Case 69-26 - Dalzen Variance <br />Mrs. Donaid Granfi, 83 Grant Road. presented a petition signed by <br />a number of residents on �rant Road opposing the varia�ce permit for <br />an undersized house at Lot i, Dlock 1, Grant Park. <br />After Council discussion relating par-ticulariy to e�sem�nts on the <br />property; rnotion was made by Councilman Oim�n, seconded by Council- <br />man Crepeau recindfng Counci� action taken at the August 25, 1969 <br />meeting. pending clarification of easements; motion carried unanimousty. <br />Attorney Courtney was requested to check into easement matter. <br />Admtni�trator Lorraine Stromquisf was requested Yo notity property <br />owner of Council action. <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY VINCENT P. COURTNEY <br />Attoroey Courtney reporied fihat a meettng was held at the Viltage <br />Haif on Tuesday, September 2, 1969 with Mr. Grioling of the lacal <br />HUD office and was ai-tended by himself, Administrator Lorraine <br />Stromquist, Engineer Norman Hendrickson and Accountant Charlotte <br />McNiesh. <br />Mr. Grleling answered a number of questions concerning the HUD grant. <br />interim financing of at least $400,OQQ or a6out 90$ of the Yillage <br />share for the wafier project wiil be required before we receive any <br />`� part of the HUD grant. Such ihter-im financing was referred #o the <br />Ffnance Committee. <br />
