The follawing members were present Bjorndahl, Crepeau, Olmen, Hollenhorst Henderson and the followi.ng were absenC: None Coun ilman Cr�qeau introduced the following Resolutfon and maved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONN�NT OF ASSESS�tENTS REIATIAIG TO SAIdITARY 3E[dER IRIPRO(7��NT N0, 4 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hi11a, PIinnesota, as followa: GJHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 4, as last Einally a�nended and adopted on October 12, 1961, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on Nov�ber 17, 1961, for the purpose of inclu- ding installmenta thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes co�encing in 1962, and WHERBAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reaeaessments, and appor- • tio�ent of previous assessments,fn respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 4, was heid on July 16, 1962, at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improve- ment No. 4 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the Office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 3, 1962, and 67iiEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained wiChin eaid assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous pro- perty owners, and F]HEREAS, the Countq Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apporGinim�ent of the original assessment agains[ each originai tract cahere it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of .
