�_ <br />Minutes of <br />Augus'h 25, <br />Page Three <br />the Regular Councii Meeting <br />t969 <br />REPORT OF COUNCtLMAN HOLLENHORST - Planning and Zoning <br />Case No. 69-20, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dalzen <br />Mrs. Robert Dalzen and a representative from a reai estate Company <br />presented their reasons tor a variance request to permit construction <br />of a two story house on Grant Road. The proposed house contains <br />less than the minimum requirement ot 865 square feet of ground cover- <br />age; they also presented pictures of the surrounding area o4 the pro- <br />posed site to show the house would be compatibie. <br />. After some discussion, during which Councilman Hollenhorst staied <br />that the Board of Appeais had unanirnousiy recommended approval and <br />that the Planning Commission recommended denial, Councilman Olmen <br />moved, seconded by Councilman Crepeau, approval ot the variance <br />request ot Mr. and Mrs. Daizen to construct a 736 square foot house <br />on Grant Road,as per pians submitted with Case No. 69-20; motion <br />carried by a 2 to I vote with Councilman Holienhorst voting in op- <br />positlon. <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN CREPEAU - Publlc Sefety <br />Re-Hirinq o'r Police Officer - Jamas D Lifi�le <br />Councilman Crepeau moved, seconded by Councilman Hollenhorsfi, that <br />James D. Lfttie be re-hired as police otficer effective August 25, <br />1969; mot3on ca�-ried u�animously.
