The following members ��ere present: gforndahl, Crepeau, Olmen and Hol lenhorst and the folloe�ing caere absent: Henderson Councilman OImPn introduced the following •resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMEPIT OF ASSESSi1ENTS RELATING TO SANITARY SEG7ER IS�YPROV�PIENT N0. 1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Che Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follocss: tIHEREAS, the assessment roll for SaniYary Seo�er Improvement No. 1, as last finally amended and adopted on September 9, 1960, cuas filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 26, 19G0, ior the purpose of including instaliments thereof to be collected along caiYh real estate taaces commencing in 1961; and I•1HEREAS, z hearing on supplemental assessments, reassvnents and apportion- ments of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No, 1 ��as held on August 3, 1961, at �uhich time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improve- ment No. 1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of P.zmse� County on September 8, 1961; and • i1HEREAS, since that date a munber of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous pro- perty oomers; and t�7HEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of tk� oripj nal �ssessment against each original tract where it has later been •
