Also asked the engineer if his plans were complete. Further asked if it would be possible to advertise for bids but not sign the contracts until a determination has been made by the federal government. P�iRS. J. RICHARD I�YERS, 1758 Venus Avenue (Spoke before): One hundred percent in favor o£ the improvement, particularly with the following conditions: (1) that 20� of the project be assessed and the federal grant should be applied to assessments over the 20� (2) because of the delay it will cost the affected property owners another 1% interest and over a period of 20 years it will cost these people more than the people who had the project put in last year. Therefore, he thinks more of the federal money should be applied against the assessments. MR. RICHARD ERICKSON (Planning to move to the improvement area - sopke before): In favor of the improvement.
