Motion carried <br />unanlmously. <br />Business from the Floor <br />Mr. Walter Rudd, 4590 Lise lane, advlsed Councll that his yard has not <br />been sodded to date; expressed concer� that the Arden Manor Community <br />Building is locked and not available for use by the park residents; noted <br />that the on�y bathroom factlttfes {n the pool area are located in the <br />community bu(Iding; said it aas unlocked dur(ng the recent tornado wa_rn- <br />tag, but is not otherxi�e open to the park residents. Rudd sald he ras <br />under the Impression that the communi#y buiiding would be open�tor use <br />of the restdents after otfice was moved out; bui.lding was d�s6gned as <br />a commun(ty bui{ding, not en exclusive Pesidence for the caretakers. <br />After discuss(on, Counctl nsked Cterk AdminisTrator McNlesh to check the <br />condtttons ot the Sperial Use Permit re use of the cammunity bulldtng <br />and to report fi�dfngs to Council; requested that McNiesh call.Mr. Husnik <br />re tha sodding of Mr. Rudd's lot, noting that thls was one of the conditions <br />on xhich Council released the landscape performa�ce bond. <br />REPORT OF VILIRGE ENG9NEER DONALD CHRISTOFFERSEN <br />Christoffersen described the locatfon of 5ite No. 3 at the southeas4 < <br />corner of Highways 96 and !0; structure is to be loceted on highwey <br />rtghf-of-way a�d wilt require an easement. <br />After discussion, Wtngert moved, seconded by Hartson, that Council has <br />no ob,j�ction to the RGWD;eansfiructlon provfded appropriate easements <br />are obtaioed.
