Motion <br />carrfed unanimousiy. <br />Business from the Floor <br />None. <br />REPORT OF V!1LLAGE ATTORNEY JAMES LYNDEN <br />liquor License Transfer - Blue Fox Inn <br />Lynden referred Council to his letter of 6/22I79; noted that subsequenfi <br />to his letter has received the bond and notification of payment of <br />the SI00,000 transfer fee; advised that ati requlred documentations <br />appear te�be in order; subjeCt to approval by the Poltce and Fire <br />Departments, recommends Council approval. <br />Crichton mo�ed, seconded by Wingart, that Councii approve the transfer <br />of On-Sale Liquor and Sunday Un-Sale Ltquor Ifcenses for the Blue Fox <br />Onn, 3833 N. Lexington Ave „ from Estben, Inc. to Thomas J. Cossack <br />d/b/a Blue Fox Inc., effecttve July I, 1979, subject to approval of <br />Sheriff and Fire Departments. Motion carrfed unanimousiy. <br />Ordinanca No. 208 Relatin ta Water Rates and Demand <br />Lynden reterred Counci to draft of Ordinance No. 208; recommended <br />adoption of the Ordinance.; <br />_•. <br />After review and dlscussion, Woodhurn moved, seconded by Hansort, thaY <br />Council r�a(ve the rules and consider this the first and fin.al reading <br />ot ORDINANCE N6. 208, AN ORDtNANCE R4�EPt8PtJE' SECTfON 28-56 (a� ANO (gi <br />OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE RELATING TO WATER RATES AND DEMAND CHARGES, <br />as submitted. Motlon carried unanfmously. <br />Nanson moved, seconded by Wingert, that Cou�cif adopt Ordinance No: 208. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Arden Manor - francts Husnik <br />Lytiden �eferred Council to his letter of 6J2-5I79.and ettached draft of <br />Park and..Access Easement tar Arden Manor, the-contents of which he Pe- <br />viswed with Council. <br />Husn(k reported that some corrective measures are pandtng completfon; <br />park construction ruork is complete. . <br />L nden noted that a � <br />y provision has been incl5ded for the completlon of <br />the correcttve work, whi'ch will be deemed a�proved by the city upon fheTr <br />raceipt ot a letter from the City parks and Recreation Director. tLypden <br />noted that most of these items have now been.completed, with the excepfiton <br />of the placement ot 4" of agricuftural lime and the fllling o# low spots <br />!n the outtield and a hols along the first base line of the athletic <br />tietd, etc.1 <br />
