Motion carried unanimously. <br />Council anthorized Lynden to meet <br />potential settlement suggestad in <br />ot 4-26-79 to Attorney Lynden. <br />with Attorney Worden re proposed <br />Atfiorney Roife Worden's tetter <br />Christoffers�n reported that, as of his last inspection of the <br />—� Eas# S(de Beverage stte, the erosion control of outftow pipes had <br />not been completed, paving had not been don� and dii'ch grading <br />is stili needed; also noted that a vaive box had been pushed over; <br />noted that asphalt plants are �ot open to date; rsported he has <br />advised East Side Beverage of the pending items; does not feel <br />they warrant hotding up the Occupancy Permit. <br />Woodburn qusrieG how Ctty enforces complefilon of such items, after <br />occupancy; suggested posstbie need for addittonal bonding as re- <br />qutred for landscape completion. <br />Case No 79 1 Amended Special U�e Permit - Hunters Park Apart- <br />ment Comp9ex <br />Lynden referred Council -to draft of First Amendment to Spe�ial Use <br />Permit - Case No. 73-28; suggested a word change from "need" to <br />0 <br />-I- <br />
