<br />Fox Road 6n Arden HfP9s, explained that, 4n thelr opinton, construc-
<br />�tlon ot the East Slde 8everage fac�lfty, on a 5.1 acre site, does
<br />not constitute a subdivision, and therefare is not su�ject to park ded}-
<br />cattop rithtn the meantng of the Mlnnesota Statute ahich perAits
<br />subdlvtlsnon regulat9ons �ho require perk dedication or cash in Bieu
<br />of dsdictotion. Marden sald they aro not dlaputing the Slb,l]7.5�
