Buckley expta(ned thet improvement of the traTl (s proposed <br />for walking, Joggi�g, biking end eross country skiing; trail is <br />proposed to meander within the 50 foot ride right of way whtch <br />was deeded to the City by Northern States Powa r Company In 1467. <br />Buckley expfained that at the recoe�mendation of the Parks <br />Commlttee the City Council is considertog making appiication for <br />Tratl Grant Money from Lawcon and the State for the improve- <br />meat of the traii; money is to be used to buitd contr8iled <br />eccesses to p�event use of tAe trail by �otorized vehicles; to <br />grade and surface the b' xide path with crushed Itmes#one and to <br />prevtda park benches, plantings and fencing along the trail. <br />Buckley displayed a coneept drawtng of how the traTi eould be <br />created, making the Dest use of contours and meandering the traii <br />rithin the 50' wide right-of-ray. <br />Questions <br />L.
