• Statutes I961, Chapter 429p as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. ta-78-2 consisting of the installation o� watermain, extension, riqht-of-way acquisition, street restoration, and necessary appurtenances generally in the area of the intersection of Trunk Hiqhway 96 and Hamline Avenue, southerly aZong Hamline Avenue 2,625 feet, then westerly to the intersection of Old Highway 10, thence southerly along Old Highway 10 to Interstate Highway 694, thence westerly on Interstate I3ighway 694 to the intersection o£ Interstate Highway 35-Sd and Tnterstate Highway 694, thence northerly alonq Interstate Hiqhway 35-i^I to the intersection of Interetate Highway 35-i�1 and Fiighway 10, thence southeasterly along xighway 10 to the intersection of Trunk Highway 96 and Highway 10, thence easterly along Trunk Highway 96 to the point of beginning, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $732,000, and substan- tially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator; and having considered the vie�as of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement sha11 be constructed and financed, and sAecial assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the Notice of Hearing.
