• <br />Statutes I961, Chapter 429p as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />ta-78-2 consisting of the installation o� watermain, extension, <br />riqht-of-way acquisition, street restoration, and necessary <br />appurtenances generally in the area of the intersection of <br />Trunk Hiqhway 96 and Hamline Avenue, southerly aZong Hamline <br />Avenue 2,625 feet, then westerly to the intersection of Old <br />Highway 10, thence southerly along Old Highway 10 to Interstate <br />Highway 694, thence westerly on Interstate I3ighway 694 to the <br />intersection o£ Interstate Highway 35-Sd and Tnterstate Highway <br />694, thence northerly alonq Interstate Hiqhway 35-i^I to the <br />intersection of Interetate Highway 35-i�1 and Fiighway 10, thence <br />southeasterly along xighway 10 to the intersection of Trunk <br />Highway 96 and Highway 10, thence easterly along Trunk Highway <br />96 to the point of beginning, as described in the Notice of <br />Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $732,000, and substan- <br />tially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the <br />feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk Administrator; and having considered the vie�as of all <br />interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the <br />Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement <br />sha11 be constructed and financed, and sAecial assessments <br />shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and <br />that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include <br />the property as described in the Notice of Hearing. In other words, I don°t see <br />the north end of Round Lake on tl�at <br />see a potential loncj term benefit to <br />any long term benefit to <br />side of the road, and I do <br />the area nortl� of Highway <br />31 <br />
