� <br />STATE OF MCNATESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RL�LSEY <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br />• <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />WI�REAS, a petition has been received from certain property owners living <br />on Oak Avenue in the Village of Arden Hi11s, wherein it is proposed to improve <br />said Oak Avenue by installing therein a sanitary sewer, and <br />WI�£REAS, the Council is of the opinion that said matter should be pro- <br />posed as a street improvement and sewer improvement program under the pro- <br />visions of Sections 429.011 to 429,11, with the bene£ited property to be <br />assessed for all or a portion of the cost of improvement, <br />NOW THEREFORE� BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Arden Hills, <br />(1) That the matter of improving Oak Avenue from its intersection with <br />Lake Johanna Boulevard to the northerly termi.nation o£ said Oak Avenue, in the <br />Village of Arden Hi11s, by the installation therein of sanitary sewer and by <br />the improvement of said street after the installation therein of the sanitary <br />sewer be and it hereby is referred to Banister Engineering Company, Village <br />Engineers, for study. <br />(2) That Banister Engineering Company be instructed to report to the <br />e • <br />Council with a11 convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether said proposed improvements are feasible, as to whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of both o£ said improvements as recommended. <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT AND SEWER IAfPROVEMEAIT ON <br />OAK AVENUE BEING SEWER IMPROVEMENT N0, <br />AND STREET IN7PROVEMEPIT N0. <br />Passed by the Village Council of Arden Aills this 28th day of October, <br />1963. <br />� 1�" '�� c_ � _--- t <br />Mayor <br />At st: <br />�uLvv - <br />Clerk <br />
