NOTICE OF HEA:RING OiV ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR SAIVI"iARY SEWE12 IMPi20VEMENT NO. 6 <br />VILLAGE OF Ai?JEN FiILLS <br />:3AMSEY COUP]TY, MINNES07A <br />NO''iICE IS HBREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Villaqe of <br />Arden Hille, Minnesota wil meeL s.n the Village Hall in said village, <br />1450 6vest 8ighway 96, on � `,_,,, _'�-trr-. / , 1963 at <br />8:Q0 o'clock P.M. to hear, consider and pass upon any and all <br />. written or oral objections which may be offered with respect to the <br />proposed special aesessments for Sani�ary 5ewer 2mprovement No. 6. <br />The propoaed assessment roll is now on file and open to public <br />inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the village <br />Clerk. The entire amount assessed aqains� each parcel of land <br />will be payable, unless prepaid, in rwenty (20) egual consecutive <br />annual installments, the first of such installments to be gayable <br />with general taxes for fihe year 1963, collactible with such taxes <br />during the year 1964. The first instal].ment will be payable with <br />interest at the rate of five percent (5�) per annum on the entire <br />assessment from the date of the resolution levying the same to <br />December 31, 1964, and each subsequent installment will be payable <br />with one year's interest at said rate on all unpaid installmante, <br />except that no interest wi11 be charged if �he entire assessment as <br />to any parcel is paid at the office of the Treasurer within th£rty <br />(30) days from the da'ce of adoption of the assessment roll. <br />The general nature of Sanitary Sewer Smprovement No. 6 <br />consists of laying a sanitary sewer system composed of trunks, <br />laterals and necessary a�purtenances within the area described below, <br />all substentially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the Village Clerk, such sewage to be discharged into the Rose- <br />ville public sanitary sewer sys�em through connections previously <br />authorized. <br />The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement <br />includes the pzor�erties situated within the following description: <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter (S.E. �) of <br />Section Twenty-Two (22), Township Thirty ATorth <br />(30 Ai.), Range Twenty-Three West (23 W.), which is <br />south and eaet of the right of way of State Trunk <br />FFighw�y No. 51. <br />All that part of the Northeast Quarter (N.E.'�) <br />of Section Twenty-Seven (27), Township Thirty <br />• P7orth (30 N.), Range Twenty-Three iaest (23 W.), <br />except that part dedica�ed to State Trunk High- <br />way P7o. 10 and State Trunk Highway No. 51. <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter (S.E. �g) of <br />Section Twenty-Seven (27), Township Thirty North <br />(30 N.), Range Twenty-Three West (23 UV.), lying <br />north of a line approximately one thousand Eive <br />hundred feet (1,500') north of the south line of <br />said Seation Twenty-Seven (27). <br />
