• r - _ <br />�s....,`-.d <br />Extract of Minutes of Nieeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramseg County, Minnesota <br />Held August 6, 1963 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting <br />� <br />of the Villaqe Council of the villaqe of Arden Hills, Minne�ota, was <br />duly held at the '�illage Hall in said village on Tuesday, th� 6th <br />day of August, 1963 at 8;00 o'clock P.M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor �nnedy, Cl�rk <br />Stromquis.t aad Councilman Olman. <br />and the following were absent; �ouncilmen Crepeau and Nethercut. <br />Also in attendance were Wilbur Liebenow of Banister Engineering <br />�o., Vil.lage engineers, and Peter 8. Popovich of Feterson & Popovich, <br />village bond consultants. <br />The Village C7.erk presented an affidavit showing publication <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed su��l�nenta! reassessment and <br />reapportionment of original assessments for Stree� Improoement <br />No. 4 in the New Brighton Bulletin on July 18, 1963, in accordance <br />with the resolution adopted July 8, 1963, which affidavit was <br />exsmi.ned, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the coasid- <br />eration of objections to proposed supplemental ass�ssments, <br />reassessmenEs and apportionment of previou� asseBsments in respect <br />• to Street Improvement No. 4, said original hearing being held <br />October 24 , 1962 and said assessment roll as amended being <br />adopted October 29, 1962 anS certified to the County Auditor <br />on Noveipber 30, 1962. All persons present were then given an <br />opportunity to pr�sent oral objections. and all written objections <br />theretofore filed with the Villaqe Clerk were preeented and <br />considered, and all such objec�tions were tabulated a� follows: <br />
