VILIAGS OF Ai2DEN HILIS <br />NOTiCE OF HEARING ON SUPPLEMENTAL <br />�EASSESSME1dT AND REAPPORTIOP7MENT <br />FOR STREET IMP120VEMENT NO. 3 <br />NOTICE IS HERBBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the <br />Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet in the Council <br />Chambers in the Villag� Hall in said Village on Tuesday, August 6. <br />1963, at 8:00 o`clock P,M. to hear, consider, and pass upon all <br />written or osal objections, if any, to proposed supplemental <br />assessments, reassessments and apportionment of previous aesess- <br />• ments in respect to Street Improvement No. 3, said original <br />hearing being held on October 23, 1962 and said assessment roll <br />as amended being adopted October 29, 1962 and certified to the <br />County Auditor on November 30, 2962, upon properties herei:ofoxe <br />determined to be assessable therefor. The assessment roll as <br />amended and adopted October 29, 1962 is on file and open to public <br />inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Village <br />Clerk and was certified to the County Auditor on Nov�nber 30, <br />1962. Amounts assessed against any parcel of land are payable <br />in 10 equal, consecutive annual installments, the first of such <br />installments payable with general taxes for the year 1962, <br />collectib2e with such taxes during the year 1963, The first <br />fnstallment payable with interest at the rate of 5% per annum <br />fran the assessment of Ottober 29, 1962 to December 31, 1962 <br />and each aubsequent installment payable with one year's 3nterest <br />at aaid rate, No interest was charged if said assessment was <br />paid at theoffice of the Village Treasurer within 30 days fran <br />the date of the adoption of the assessment roll. <br />The purpose of said hearing is to make supplementary <br />assesaments to correct omissions, errors or mistake� in the original <br />assessmentt proposed reassessments and apportionments of assess- <br />ments on parcels of property tiiat have subs�quently been platted <br />and subdivided since the original assessment, A list of all of the <br />lots and parcels of land as to which it is proposed to make <br />sueh supplemental assessmenta, reassesaments and reapportionment <br />is oa file and open to public inspeetion by all persons interested, <br />in the office of the village Clerk. <br />The general nature of Street Improvement P3o. 3 consisted <br />of the grading andsurfacing of the village streets described <br />below, ineluding the construction of storm gewers necessary and <br />incideatal thereto, The area inclucled in the original assessment <br />roll cer�ified to the County Auditor of P.amsey County included <br />eaCh Iot and parcei of lan8 abutting on a etreet.de�igssated below <br />or any portion thereof, ox situated within a platted one-half <br />� block abutting on such street or portion thereof: <br />Arden Place froin Snelling Avenue to Glenarden Road. <br />Fvre�t Lane from Snelling Avenue to Glenarden Road. <br />Skiles Lane from Snelling Avenue to 200 feet east of <br />Glenarden Road. <br />Glenarden Court fram Skiles Lane south to Glenarden Road. <br />Glenarden Road from Arden Place so� and then west to <br />Snelling Ave. <br />Cannon Avenue fr� Service Lane to Dunlap Street. <br />Trunk 8ighway 51 acceas road from Tiller Iane to (�anoa <br />Avenue. <br />Dunlap Street from Iagerson Raad to Cannon Avenue, <br />
