<br />City of Arden Hills Chapter 3 Licenses and Regulations <br /> <br />5. Entrance of Truants and Minors Prohibited under Certain Circumstances. No <br /> <br />truant from school shall be permitted to enter or remain on any part of the <br /> <br />premises of the amusement arcade. No minor under the age of sixteen (16) years <br /> <br />shall be permitted to enter or remain upon the premises of the amusement arcade <br /> <br />any night of the week after the hour of ~ 10:00 p.m., unless accompanied by <br /> <br />his or her parent or guardian. <br /> <br />6. Compliance with Laws. The premises of the amusement arcade, and the <br /> <br />licensee, shall fully comply with all applicable state, federal and local regulations <br /> <br />whatsoever dealing with the operation of the licensed business or activity, <br /> <br />7. Fire Hazards, It shall be the responsibility of the licensee, or his or her <br /> <br />manager, to see that the premises of the amusement arcade do not become <br /> <br />overcrowded so as to constitute a hazard to the health or safety of the persons <br /> <br />therein. <br /> <br />8. Exits/entrances. The premises of the amusement arcade shall have adequate <br /> <br />entrances and exits at the front and rear thereof but may have no entrances to or <br /> <br />exits from adjoining buildings. <br /> <br />9. Smoking Prohibited The smoking of tobacco or any other product in an <br /> <br /> <br />amusement arcade shall be prohibited.
