<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 3 Licenses and Regulations <br /> <br />shall investigate any application and shall submit a recommendation to the Administrator prior <br /> <br />to issuance or denial of the permit or license approval. <br /> <br />Subd. 7 Investigation Fee. Applicants shall pay the City a non-refundable investigation fee <br /> <br />ef 51le htloorea aollars ($\00.00) as from time to time set by council resolution when <br /> <br />submitting the application for the permit or license authorization. <br /> <br />Subd. 8 Unauthorized Gambling Prohibited. No person shall conduct lawful gambling <br /> <br /> <br />within the City unless such activity is in compliance with the provisions of the Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br />Lawful Gambling Act and this Section. If the provisions of the Minnesota Lawful Gambling <br /> <br /> <br />Act and this Section are inconsistent, the more restrictive provisions shall apply. <br /> <br />Subd. 9 Local Gambling Ta'l(. Effeetive Jal\tlary 1, 1991, there shall The counic1 may;' <br /> <br /> <br />pursuant to State law, be imposed a local gambling tax on all organizations licensed to conduct <br /> <br /> <br />lawful gambling within the City.
