<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 3 Licenses and Regulations <br /> <br />governmental agencies as the Administrator shall deem necessary for the verification and <br /> <br />investigation of the facts set forth in the application. Each of the departments, officers, <br /> <br />commissions, committees, consultants, employees or agencies to whom the application and <br /> <br />accompanying materials have been referred shall make a written recommendation to the <br /> <br />City Council as to whether the license sought should be issued or denied within thirty (30) <br />days of the date of the application. <br /> <br />C. Investigation Fees. <br /> <br />1. Business License. At the time of the filing of the original application for a business <br /> <br />license under this Subsection, the applicant shall pay such investigation fee as has <br /> <br />been established in a resolution adopted by the Council. <br /> <br />2, Personal Service Licenses. At the time of the filing of the original application for <br /> <br />a personal service license, the applicant shall pay such investigation fee as has been <br /> <br />established in a resolution adopted by the Council. <br /> <br />3. Non-refundable. No investigation fee shall be refunded to the applicant. <br /> <br />Subd. 6 License Fees and Duration.
