Applications for a license renewal must be submitted <br /> <br />to the Administrator at least sixty (60) days in advance of license expiration. <br /> <br />Subd. 8 Licensing Prohibited. <br /> <br />A. Business License. No business license for the operation of a sauna, rap or massage <br /> <br />parlor shall be issued to an applicant where anyone or more of the following <br /> <br />circumstances, which are readily ascertainable by the Administrator, exists: <br /> <br />1. Zoning District. The premises at or on which the sauna, rap or massage parlor is <br /> <br /> <br />to be operated is located in a zoning district within the City as designated in the City's <br /> <br /> <br />Zoning Ordinance. other than R B ef C B. <br /> <br />2. Distance from Other Similar Establishments. The premises at or on which the <br /> <br />sauna, rap or massage parlor is to be operated are located within five hundred (500) <br /> <br />feet of another sauna, rap or massage parlor. <br /> <br />3. Distance from Residential Zoning District, Etc.
