The applicant or anyone of its owners, partners, directors, stockholders, <br /> <br />officers, managers, employees, agents or interested parties are persons of bad <br /> <br />repute; <br /> <br />b. The applicant or anyone of its owners, partners, directors, stockholders, <br /> <br />officers, managers, employees, agents or interested parties have been convicted <br /> <br />for offenses which involve moral turpitude or which relate directly to such <br /> <br />person's ability, capacity or fitness to perform the duties and discharge the <br /> <br />responsibilities of the licensed activity; <br /> <br />c. The applicant or anyone of its owners, partners, directors, stockholders, <br /> <br />officers, managers, employees, agents or interested parties has had within five (5) <br /> <br />years of the date of the application been denied a license for a similar activity to <br /> <br />the one sought to be licensed or had such a license revoked or suspended in or by <br /> <br />any community or political subdivision of the State of Minnesota or by the State <br />of Minnesota itself; <br /> <br />3 - 58 <br />
